Attorney Thomas is an honors graduate of Morgan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science. Attorney Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law.
Attorney Thomas is licensed to practice law in all state courts within Maryland, having passed the Maryland State Bar on his first attempt.
